Where we ship
We primarily ship within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland).
A small selection of items (for example, berets and jewellery) may be available for UK, Europe, and International delivery. Where international shipping is available, it will be clearly indicated at checkout.
If you’re outside the UK and the checkout doesn’t offer delivery to your location, please email us. We may be able to arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis.

Made-to-order / bespoke pieces
The majority of our pieces are made by hand. If your order is made-to-order or bespoke, dispatch times vary depending on the design and workload. Please contact Giulia for more information.
Customs & import duties
For deliveries outside the UK
If international delivery is available at checkout (or arranged by email), please note:

Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may be charged by your local authorities.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid to receive the parcel.

We are unable to refund shipping costs or return costs if a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties/fees.
Returns & Refunds
Returns overview
We hope you love your piece. If you change your mind, we accept returns for eligible items, subject to the conditions below.
Before you return anything, please note:

No exchanges (we do not offer exchanges).

Eligible items: returns are accepted for ready-to-wear/in-stock items that meet the conditions below.

Non-returnable items: made-to-order, bespoke, customised, or personalised pieces are not eligible for return (unless faulty).

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please contact Giulia before sending a return.
Returns sent without prior contact with us may be delayed or refused.
Change-of-mind returns
To request a return:

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item that you wish to return it.

After notifying us, you must return the item within 14 days.

Returned items must be:

Unworn and unused (no evidence of wear)

Unmarked and undamaged

In the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
You may try an item on as you would in a boutique, but if it is returned with signs of wear, it may be refused and returned.
Return shipping costs & responsibility

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service and keeping proof of postage.

We can’t accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We’ll email you to confirm receipt and to let you know whether the return is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund timing:

Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the return.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
